I try to keep weekends free so I can be a mom and wife and so I’ll have a life to actually write about. I’m still trying to make time to post four times a week but three kids and that pesky need for a few hours of sleep have continued to thwart me. So, I thought I’d leave you some links to posts I’ve read and enjoyed.
Nature Bullies: A Conservation Biologist’s Perspective On Children in Nature- An interesting take on how we interact with nature. I can see myself doing these things with my kids.
Fun with Free Images - This hilarious post from Laura at In the Backyard made me laugh out loud, for real. Out loud. I’ve come across these kind of pics and have always wondered what the heck? Now I know the background story. It all makes sense.
“In the Sky” eBook by Shaun Groves- Besides the fact that I sort of stalk all the amazing Compassion bloggers, I love Shaun’s heart and when I saw he put out an eBook, I snatched it up. You should too. You won’t be disappointed.
When Mr. Rogers Sat with Me (In the Garden Of Your Mind Tribute)- This heartfelt post by Megan at Sorta Crunchy had me sighing in remembrance of one of the only tv shows I ever remember watching as a small child.
When Nothing is All You Have to Give- Kristen’s post spoke to me at the perfect time. When it feels like there is nothing in me of any value to give, I read this.
Avodah Coffee- Some of you lovely readers have wondered about my Instagram pics of Avodah Coffee or my tweets where I’m swooning over my cuppa. Just so you know, I’m pretty sure my love language is coffee and baked goods and this company makes great coffee with a great cause. Stop by and check them out. I am loving their Mocha Java and Brand New Baby.
