Cynical idealist, homeschool mama to three little ‘uns, wife to Josh, book wormy, coffee dependent, grace saved, writer of random musings and broken stories, collector of words, attempter of all things crafty, lover of mustard yellow, turquoise, Africa, and missions. I live in Central Oregon and love to visit big cities because there are no decent Indian, Moroccan, or Vietnamese restaurants close by. Maker-upper of words. Thank you for the wisdom and inspiration. It is very easy to get drawn into the things of this world. You brought be back to reality. We plan to implement your tips in to our budget/spending.
Awesome Jena!
I tend to learn things the hard way. I am so glad that you are implementing a plan to keep your eyes fixed on what it important. Thanks for visiting my blog and I’m really glad you were encouraged.
Just wanted you to know that I found your blog a few days ago and I have really been blessed by your posts. I plan to come back and read from time to time. Thanks for sharing your heart!
Thanks so much Marisha. I really appreciate you as a reader and I’m so glad that these words have blessed you.
Hi Alia,
I MET you when you were the age/size of the picture on your home page!! Your mom and Dad came to the Y base at Cimarron, Colorado, and I don’t think we’ve seen each other since!! But, friendships transcend physical proximity. Blessings to you and your family!
I saw your blog thru your mom’s FB page! It’s so interesting, and I will follow it!
I re-connected with your Dad first, on FB, and now I can get to know you a bit more.
Thanks so much. My parents have so many friends it’s hard to keep up but I am so glad you stopped by. I do remember visiting the base in Colorado vaguely. LOTS of snow.
That’s one thing I love about the internet. It closes gaps and time and has the ability to connect people. So glad to reconnect. Blessings to you too!
